These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Readbase (the "App") and our website (together, the "Services"), operated by Llingas LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

Readbase provides a dedicated space to receive, read, and manage newsletters outside of your personal email inbox. Features may include newsletter delivery, reading tools, subscription management, unsubscribe functionality, offline access, and usage insights.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time as the Services evolve.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Your content and newsletters

Newsletters and related content sent to your Readbase inbox address remain your content or the content of the original sender. We process this content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display newsletter content as necessary to operate the Services (for example, rendering, previews, offline access, and subscription management).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

7. Subscription management and unsubscribe actions

Readbase may provide tools to manage subscriptions and unsubscribe from newsletters. Unsubscribe actions are performed based on information provided by newsletter senders. We do not guarantee that every unsubscribe request will be honored by third parties.

8. Offline access and cached content

The Services may allow you to access cached newsletter content while offline. Cached content is provided for convenience and may be limited or removed at any time (for example, when you clear the cache or delete newsletters).

9. Third-party content and links

Newsletters may contain content, links, or services provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Llingas LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

11. Fees and plans

The Services may include free and paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, applicable fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Prices and features may change over time.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services, users, or comply with law.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Llingas LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Llingas LTD and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
